Our content is educational and practical. It does not constitute medical, veterinary, legal, environmental, or agricultural professional advice for a specific situation. Follow local rules and seek qualified advice where appropriate.
3. Catalog and pricing
Course descriptions, dates, formats, availability, and ARS prices are presented for planning and may change before enrollment. A cart review is not a completed purchase or payment authorization.
4. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully, do not interfere with its operation, do not submit harmful code, and do not misrepresent another person's identity. Plant choices and growing methods must be adapted to your location and conditions.
5. Intellectual property
The Boldlight Herbarium name, editorial copy, course materials, layout, and original resources belong to Boldlight Herbarium or its licensors. You may use purchased educational materials for personal learning and must not republish or resell them without written permission.
6. Local features
Fallows and Cart use browser local storage. Clearing browser data may remove those records. The sign-in and registration controls are interface demonstrations unless a separate enrollment agreement states otherwise.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for accurate, accessible service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular growing result. To the extent permitted by law, Boldlight Herbarium is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general educational content or conditions outside our control.
